We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or other non-defective purchases.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us through our Contact Us page, preferably within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product.

We will review your request and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

The requested reporting period does not limit any rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

Refunds will also be provided where otherwise required by applicable law, including qualifying orders that cannot be fulfilled.
